Slow dry and a multi-week cure in small batches. You can smell it the moment the jar opens.

Lab tested, every batch

Cleanliness standards beyond GACP. Ask for the COA on any batch — we'll show you.

What you'll find inside

Clean cannabis, explained

What clean cannabis actually means — and how to check it

"Clean cannabis" isn't a marketing line. It means flower grown in a controlled environment, free of pesticide residue and mould, with lab results you can read for every batch. Here's what we explain to customers over the counter every day.

Sealed indoor vs greenhouse and outdoor

A sealed indoor room lets us control light, temperature, humidity, CO2 and airflow completely. Dust, insects and mould spores never reach the plant. Greenhouse and outdoor grows in Thailand face high humidity almost year-round — exactly the conditions mould loves.

Residue and mould are the real consumer risk

Cheap flower commonly carries pesticide residue, heavy metals from soil or water, and mould or yeast from a bad cure. None of it is visible, and burning doesn't destroy every contaminant. A lab report is the only way to know.

What a COA is and how to read one

A COA (Certificate of Analysis) is the lab report for a specific batch. Check that the batch code matches the jar, that the test date is recent, and — most importantly — that the safety section passes: pesticides, heavy metals, microbials and mould should all read Pass.

What GACP certification covers

GACP (Good Agricultural and Collection Practices) is the cultivation and harvesting standard used to certify herbal crops in Thailand. It covers water source, growing medium, cycle records, harvest, drying and storage. Shops that only resell flower can't hold it — you have to grow it yourself. That's the question worth asking before you buy.

The cure matters as much as the grow

Flower rushed through a dryer smells like hay and burns harsh. Slow-dried flower cured for weeks in sealed containers loses its chlorophyll, keeps its terpenes, and smokes noticeably smoother.

Five things to check before buying at any shop

  1. 1

Ask for the COA for that exact batch — especially the pesticide, heavy metal and mould results.

  2. 2

Ask whether they grow it or resell it. If they grow it, ask whether the farm is GACP certified.

  3. 3

Smell the jar. It should be bright and fresh — hay or must means a poor cure.

  4. 4

Look at the trichomes with a loupe: clear or milky, not shattered into dust.

  5. 5

Ask the harvest date and how it's stored. Good flower is still springy, not brittle.

Frequently asked

Is cannabis legal in Thailand?
Cannabis flower is a controlled herb in Thailand and can only be sold by licensed shops for medical or wellness purposes. Canabangka operates under full licensing and offers a free in-store prescription service.
Do I need a prescription to buy?
Under current rules, dispensing flower requires a prescription from a licensed practitioner. We provide that service free in store — no hidden fees, and it doesn't take long. Message us on LINE first if you'd like the steps.
How do I know cannabis is clean?
Start with the batch COA: it should pass pesticides, heavy metals and mould. Then check aroma, moisture and trichomes. If a shop can't show you a COA, treat that as a warning.
What is GACP and why should I care?
GACP certifies that a farm controls quality from water source and growing medium through to harvest and storage. Resellers can't hold it — only farms that grow their own crop can.
I've never tried it. Where do I start?
Tell the budtender. We'll start you on lower-THC flower, recommend a small amount and suggest waiting 30–60 minutes before taking more. We don't sell the strongest thing on the shelf to beginners.
How much does it cost?
We stock everything from daily flower to special small batches, so prices vary by strain and lot. Message us on LINE for current pricing — tell us your budget and we'll match it.
Can I consume on site?
Some branches have a chill area, but public consumption has rules. Ask in store or on LINE and the team will explain what applies at that branch.
Can tourists buy?
Yes — 20 and over with a passport. Our team speaks English at every branch. Never take cannabis out of Thailand; it's illegal both leaving and on arrival elsewhere.
What's the age limit?
20 and over, with ID or passport. We don't serve anyone pregnant or breastfeeding.
Do I need to book?
Walk into any shop any time. Farm tours need a booking because we only take a few people into the grow room at once — message us on LINE.
How do I get there?
Metro Phetchaburi 13 is about an 8-minute walk from BTS Ratchathewi. Chinatown is 3 minutes from MRT Wat Mangkon. Ramkhamhaeng 26/2 is easiest by Grab.
How can I pay?
Cash, PromptPay transfer and credit cards. Ask on LINE if you need anything else.
