Know Your Source: How We Grow Cannabis at Our Bangkok Farm

Most cannabis sold in Bangkok arrives at the shop already dried, packed and re-labelled. Nobody behind the counter grew it, and nobody can tell you what it was fed, how it was dried, or what it was tested for. We grow ours in the same building you buy it in — an indoor craft farm in Ratchathewi, in the middle of the city.

This is the whole chain, from mother plant to jar, so you can judge the source for yourself instead of taking our word for it.

1. Mother plants and genetics

Everything starts with a small library of mother plants we keep in vegetative light. Cuttings are taken from those mothers, so every plant in a room is genetically identical — same structure, same terpene profile, same finishing time. That consistency is why the batch you like in March can be the same batch you like in September.

Working from cuttings instead of random seed also means no surprises: no unstable phenotypes, no accidental males pollinating a room and turning your flower seedy.

2. Sealed indoor rooms, not a greenhouse

Bangkok's climate is beautiful for people and terrible for cannabis. High humidity plus heat is exactly what bud rot and powdery mildew want. Outdoor and open-greenhouse grows in Thailand fight that all year, and the usual answer is fungicide.

Our rooms are climate-sealed and fully controlled: light spectrum, temperature, humidity, CO2, airflow and irrigation are set per strain and adjusted week by week. Controlling the environment is what removes the need to spray problems away later.

3. Our own nutrient formulas

We blend nutrients in-house rather than buying a generic bottled line. The formulas were developed over years of trials, and each cultivar gets a feed schedule tuned to its own appetite through veg, stretch, bulk and ripening.

This is the least visible part of the process and the one you taste most. Terpenes are fragile; overfeeding late in flower flattens them and leaves a harsh, chemical finish. Feeding correctly and finishing clean is where flavour depth comes from.

4. Cleanroom discipline

Gowning, airlocks, sanitised tools and documented protocols at every stage. Staff move through the facility in a set direction so nothing travels from a dirty area into a clean one. Trimming and curing happen in a separate controlled space.

Our purity and cleanliness standards go beyond standard GACP guidance — GACP is the floor we build on, not the ceiling.

5. Slow dry and cure

Fast-dried flower is the single most common defect in Bangkok. It looks fine in the jar, snaps crisp, smells like hay and burns hot. Drying slowly at controlled temperature and humidity, then curing in sealed containers, is what preserves terpenes and gives a smooth, even burn.

It costs us time and space. It is the difference you notice in the first inhale.

6. Lab testing, batch by batch

Every batch is lab-tested before it reaches the shelf: cannabinoid content plus screening for pesticides, heavy metals and microbial contamination. If a batch does not pass, it does not get sold.

Ask us for the certificate of analysis for whatever you are buying. Any dispensary should be able to produce one on request — and if nobody can, that tells you what you need to know.

Why this matters to a visitor

You are on holiday. You do not have a week to research shops, and a bad jar can flatten a day of your trip. Knowing the source solves that in one step: same building, same team, one chain of custody from cutting to counter, documents available on request.
